   A friend passed me a decant of Eau d’Orient (2015) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The heart is the best part for me: Oriental notes and Incense feel carefully balanced. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Oriental notes with Incense, which is where the fragrance really shines. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

Give it a little time and Oriental notes with Incense comes forward — smooth and well done. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

   I have owned Eau d’Orient for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Oriental notes with Incense comes forward — smooth and well done. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Oriental notes with Incense, which is where the fragrance really shines. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
