   For a 2025 release, Purpose 50 deserves more attention than it gets. The first minutes are all about Frankincense with a hint of Pimento — it grabs attention without being pushy. The base rests on Akigalawood® and Suede — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   I keep reaching for Purpose 50 more than I expected to. That first spray gives a lovely Frankincense/Pimento impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Frankincense with a hint of Pimento — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Picked up a sample of Purpose 50 after reading the community buzz (2025). The first minutes are all about Frankincense with a hint of Pimento — it grabs attention without being pushy. As it settles, Akigalawood® and Suede come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Amouage knows how to compose, and Purpose 50 (2025) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Frankincense/Pimento impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Frankincense alongside Pimento, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Purpose 50. The base rests on Akigalawood® and Suede — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The first minutes are all about Frankincense with a hint of Pimento — it grabs attention without being pushy. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The very first sniff is crisp Frankincense with Pimento peeking through, very much my kind of start. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The opening is built around Frankincense and Pimento — bright and immediately recognizable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I have owned Purpose 50 for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: Sandalwood and Vetiver feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Sandalwood with Vetiver comes forward — smooth and well done. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
