   A friend passed me a decant of Boemia (2020) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The opening is built around Nutmeg and Black Pepper — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown leans on Tobacco plus Leather and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   Granado knows how to compose, and Boemia (2020) is proof. The first minutes are all about Nutmeg with a hint of Black Pepper — it grabs attention without being pushy. The base rests on Tobacco and Leather — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I have owned Boemia for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: Olibanum and Cedar feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Nutmeg with Black Pepper peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The base rests on Tobacco and Leather — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The heart is the best part for me: Olibanum and Cedar feel carefully balanced. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
