   A friend passed me a decant of Mon Parfum and I wasn’t prepared for it. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Passionfruit with Vanille, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Patchouli and Caramel come through and give it real depth. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Mon Parfum. That first spray gives a lovely African Orange Flower/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Patchouli and Caramel come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Picked up a sample of Mon Parfum after reading the community buzz. That first spray gives a lovely African Orange Flower/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Passionfruit with Vanille comes forward — smooth and well done. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
