   A couple of wears in, The Ghost In The Shell has really grown on me. The base rests on Orcanox and Vinyl Guaiacol — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Milk with Skin, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   For a 2021 release, The Ghost In The Shell deserves more attention than it gets. The drydown leans on Orcanox plus Vinyl Guaiacol and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Aqual™ and Yuzu — bright and immediately recognizable. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   A couple of wears in, The Ghost In The Shell has really grown on me. The base rests on Orcanox and Vinyl Guaiacol — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Aqual™ with Yuzu peeking through, very much my kind of start. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   For a 2021 release, The Ghost In The Shell deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Milk with Skin, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Milk and Skin feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

The opening is built around Aqual™ and Yuzu — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up The Ghost In The Shell (2021) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Aqual™ and Yuzu — bright and immediately recognizable. As it settles, Orcanox and Vinyl Guaiacol come through and give it real depth. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I wanted to like it more than I did.
