   I keep reaching for Warm Black more than I expected to. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Vanilla, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   Zara knows how to compose, and Warm Black (2020) is proof. Give it a little time and Vanilla comes forward — smooth and well done. The first minutes are all about Ginger — it grabs attention without being pushy. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

The very first sniff is crisp Ginger, very much my kind of start. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   Picked up a sample of Warm Black after reading the community buzz (2020). The heart is the best part for me: Vanilla feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Ginger, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
