   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Versace Man Eau Fraiche. That first spray gives a lovely Lemon/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Lemon and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I’ve been wearing Versace Man Eau Fraiche on and off for a few weeks now (2006). The drydown leans on Musk plus Woodsy Notes and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Cedar and Tarragon feel carefully balanced. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Cedar with Tarragon, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Lemon and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A friend passed me a decant of Versace Man Eau Fraiche (2006) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Lemon/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

    I have owned Versace Man Eau Fraiche for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. As it settles, Musk and Woodsy Notes come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I would happily buy a full bottle.
