   A couple of wears in, Kashaya has really grown on me. As it settles, Benzoin and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Peach with a hint of Apricot — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A couple of wears in, Kashaya has really grown on me. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Ylang-Ylang with Tuberose, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Peach and Apricot — bright and immediately recognizable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

That first spray gives a lovely Peach/Apricot impression that dries down smoothly. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Everyone keeps talking about Kashaya, so I finally gave it a proper test. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Ylang-Ylang with Tuberose, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Ylang-Ylang and Tuberose feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I picked up Kashaya (1993) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Benzoin plus Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Peach and Apricot — bright and immediately recognizable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
