   Picked up a sample of Knize Ten after reading the community buzz (1920). Right away I get mostly Geranium alongside Rosemary, fresh and very easy to wear. The base rests on Leather and Castoreum — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Knize knows how to compose, and Knize Ten (1920) is proof. The very first sniff is crisp Geranium with Rosemary peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown leans on Leather plus Castoreum and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

The first minutes are all about Geranium with a hint of Rosemary — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Carnation with Patchouli, which is where the fragrance really shines. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   My first Knize experience was this one, Knize Ten (1920). Right away I get mostly Geranium alongside Rosemary, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Geranium/Rosemary impression that dries down smoothly. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I’ve been wearing Knize Ten on and off for a few weeks now (1920). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Carnation with Patchouli, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Carnation and Patchouli feel carefully balanced. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

The drydown leans on Leather plus Castoreum and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

    I picked up Knize Ten (1920) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Carnation and Patchouli feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Geranium with Rosemary peeking through, very much my kind of start. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
