   A decant of Haze sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. That first spray gives a lovely Eucalyptus/Mint impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Patchouli and Leather come through and give it real depth. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   Akro knows how to compose, and Haze (2018) is proof. The very first sniff is crisp Eucalyptus with Mint peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Clary Sage, which is where the fragrance really shines. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

The base rests on Patchouli and Leather — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The first minutes are all about Eucalyptus with a hint of Mint — it grabs attention without being pushy. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The opening is built around Eucalyptus and Mint — bright and immediately recognizable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
