   A couple of wears in, Sunset Riot has really grown on me. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Amber with Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Amber and Cedar feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I have owned Sunset Riot for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Amber with Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Amber and Cedar feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   My first AllSaints experience was this one, Sunset Riot (2018). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Amber with Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Amber with Cedar comes forward — smooth and well done. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
