   Picked up a sample of Lustre after reading the community buzz (2024). As it settles, Myrrh and Benzoin come through and give it real depth. The drydown leans on Myrrh plus Benzoin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I’ve been wearing Lustre on and off for a few weeks now (2024). The very first sniff is crisp Cardamom with Orris peeking through, very much my kind of start. The heart is the best part for me: Sandalwood and Cedarwood feel carefully balanced. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Lustre. The base rests on Myrrh and Benzoin — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: Sandalwood and Cedarwood feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I wanted to like it more than I did.

I would happily buy a full bottle.
