   My first Antonio Puig experience was this one, Quorum Silver (2005). Right away I get mostly Ginger alongside Lavender, fresh and very easy to wear. The heart is the best part for me: Nutmeg and Pink Pepper feel carefully balanced. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Quorum Silver. The opening is built around Ginger and Lavender — bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Ginger with a hint of Lavender — it grabs attention without being pushy. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   A couple of wears in, Quorum Silver has really grown on me. The base rests on Virginia Cedar and Guaiac Wood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Nutmeg with Pink Pepper, which is where the fragrance really shines. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   A decant of Quorum Silver sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Right away I get mostly Ginger alongside Lavender, fresh and very easy to wear. The very first sniff is crisp Ginger with Lavender peeking through, very much my kind of start. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I have owned Quorum Silver for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The opening is built around Ginger and Lavender — bright and immediately recognizable. The heart is the best part for me: Nutmeg and Pink Pepper feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
