   As far as recent releases go, Odyssey Homme deserves more attention than it gets. Right away I get mostly Cardamom alongside Mandarin, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Cardamom with a hint of Mandarin — it grabs attention without being pushy. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I have owned Odyssey Homme for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: Orange Blossom and Rose feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Cardamom with Mandarin peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I’ve been wearing Odyssey Homme on and off for a few weeks now. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Orange Blossom and Rose feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Everyone keeps talking about Odyssey Homme, so I finally gave it a proper test. That first spray gives a lovely Cardamom/Mandarin impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Cardamom and Mandarin — bright and immediately recognizable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Right away I get mostly Cardamom alongside Mandarin, fresh and very easy to wear. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I wanted to like it more than I did.
