   A friend passed me a decant of Azora (2018) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and Floral Notes with Peach comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown leans on White Musk plus Woody Notes and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   For a 2018 release, Azora deserves more attention than it gets. The drydown leans on White Musk plus Woody Notes and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Litchi and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I have owned Azora for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The first minutes are all about Litchi with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Litchi with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I picked up Azora (2018) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Litchi alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Floral Notes with Peach comes forward — smooth and well done. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The heart is the best part for me: Floral Notes and Peach feel carefully balanced. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
