   I’ve been wearing Avon Sensuelle on and off for a few weeks now (2013). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tahitian Gardenia with Heliotrope, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Tahitian Gardenia and Heliotrope feel carefully balanced. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Avon Sensuelle. The very first sniff is crisp Orange Blossom with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. Right away I get mostly Orange Blossom alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I picked up Avon Sensuelle (2013) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Cashmere Wood plus Vanilla Orchid and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Orange Blossom and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I have owned Avon Sensuelle for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The drydown leans on Cashmere Wood plus Vanilla Orchid and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   A couple of wears in, Avon Sensuelle has really grown on me. As it settles, Cashmere Wood and Vanilla Orchid come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tahitian Gardenia with Heliotrope, which is where the fragrance really shines. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. The composition is well made but not for me.
