   For a 2008 release, Flower by Cynthia Rowley deserves more attention than it gets. The first minutes are all about Violet Leaf with a hint of Citruses — it grabs attention without being pushy. The opening is built around Violet Leaf and Citruses — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Avon knows how to compose, and Flower by Cynthia Rowley (2008) is proof. The very first sniff is crisp Violet Leaf with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lily with Freesia, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I picked up Flower by Cynthia Rowley (2008) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The first minutes are all about Violet Leaf with a hint of Citruses — it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Lily and Freesia feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
