   I have owned Surreal Garden for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Water Lily with Gardenia comes forward — smooth and well done. The opening is built around Green Leaves and Pea — bright and immediately recognizable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Avon knows how to compose, and Surreal Garden (2007) is proof. As it settles, Patchouli and Vetiver come through and give it real depth. The very first sniff is crisp Green Leaves with Pea peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   A decant of Surreal Garden sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The heart is the best part for me: Water Lily and Gardenia feel carefully balanced. The base rests on Patchouli and Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I keep reaching for Surreal Garden more than I expected to. The opening is built around Green Leaves and Pea — bright and immediately recognizable. The base rests on Patchouli and Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A couple of wears in, Surreal Garden has really grown on me. The first minutes are all about Green Leaves with a hint of Pea — it grabs attention without being pushy. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Water Lily with Gardenia, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   Everyone keeps talking about Surreal Garden, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Green Leaves with Pea peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Green Leaves/Pea impression that dries down smoothly. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
