   A couple of wears in, King has really grown on me. Right away I get mostly Orange alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Fruity Notes comes forward — smooth and well done. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Bharara knows how to compose, and King (2021) is proof. As it settles, Vanilla and White Musk come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Orange with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

As it settles, Vanilla and White Musk come through and give it real depth. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Fruity Notes, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I keep reaching for King more than I expected to. The first minutes are all about Orange with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. That first spray gives a lovely Orange/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
