   A friend passed me a decant of TriBeCa (2020) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and Jasmine Sambac with Cedar comes forward — smooth and well done. As it settles, Ambroxan and Caramel come through and give it real depth. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

   For a 2020 release, TriBeCa deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine Sambac with Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. The very first sniff is crisp Hazelnut with Cacao peeking through, very much my kind of start. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

Give it a little time and Jasmine Sambac with Cedar comes forward — smooth and well done. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about TriBeCa, so I finally gave it a proper test. Right away I get mostly Hazelnut alongside Cacao, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Jasmine Sambac with Cedar comes forward — smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   My first Bond No. 9 experience was this one, TriBeCa (2020). That first spray gives a lovely Hazelnut/Cacao impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Ambroxan and Caramel — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

The drydown leans on Ambroxan plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
