   A couple of wears in, Midnight Fantasy has really grown on me. That first spray gives a lovely Plum/Sour Cherry impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Plum and Sour Cherry — bright and immediately recognizable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Midnight Fantasy. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Plum and Sour Cherry — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I have owned Midnight Fantasy for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The base rests on Vanilla and Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Vanilla and Musk come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Right away I get mostly Plum alongside Sour Cherry, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I would happily buy a full bottle.
