   My first Burberry experience was this one, Burberry Her (2018). Give it a little time and Violet with Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown leans on Musk plus Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I have owned Burberry Her for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The opening is built around Strawberry and Raspberry — bright and immediately recognizable. The heart is the best part for me: Violet and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The base rests on Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about Burberry Her, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Strawberry with Raspberry peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Strawberry/Raspberry impression that dries down smoothly. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   My first Burberry experience was this one, Burberry Her (2018). Right away I get mostly Strawberry alongside Raspberry, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Strawberry/Raspberry impression that dries down smoothly. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.
