   A friend passed me a decant of London (2006) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Honeysuckle/Tangerine impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Musk and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

The first minutes are all about Honeysuckle with a hint of Tangerine — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I wanted to like it more than I did.

This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
