   I keep reaching for Weekend for Men more than I expected to. The opening is built around Lemon and Grapefruit — bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Lemon with a hint of Grapefruit — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Weekend for Men. The heart is the best part for me: Ivy and Oakmoss feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Ivy with Oakmoss comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   A couple of wears in, Weekend for Men has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Lemon with Grapefruit peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown leans on Honey plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

The very first sniff is crisp Lemon with Grapefruit peeking through, very much my kind of start. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Ivy with Oakmoss, which is where the fragrance really shines. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
