I picked up Inflorescence (2013) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Lily-of-the-Valley and Magnolia feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Lily-of-the-Valley with Magnolia comes forward β€” smooth and well done. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

I keep reaching for Inflorescence more than I expected to. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lily-of-the-Valley with Magnolia, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Pink Freesia and Rose β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

My first Byredo experience was this one, Inflorescence (2013). The drydown leans on Jasmine and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Freesia with Rose peeking through, very much my kind of start. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Inflorescence. The first minutes are all about Pink Freesia with a hint of Rose β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Lily-of-the-Valley and Magnolia feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I wanted to like it more than I did.

A friend passed me a decant of Inflorescence (2013) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The heart is the best part for me: Lily-of-the-Valley and Magnolia feel carefully balanced. The drydown leans on Jasmine and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I would happily buy a full bottle.

Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

For a 2013 release, Inflorescence deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Jasmine come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Jasmine β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

I’ve been wearing Inflorescence on and off for a few weeks now (2013). The heart is the best part for me: Lily-of-the-Valley and Magnolia feel carefully balanced. Right away I get mostly Pink Freesia alongside Rose, fresh and very easy to wear. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Give it a little time and Lily-of-the-Valley with Magnolia comes forward β€” smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Picked up a sample of Inflorescence after reading the community buzz (2013). That first spray gives a lovely Pink Freesia/Rose impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Jasmine come through and give it real depth. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
