   A friend passed me a decant of Amazingreen (2012) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly Green Bell Pepper alongside Palm Tree, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Green Bell Pepper/Palm Tree impression that dries down smoothly. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   My first Comme des Garcons experience was this one, Amazingreen (2012). As it settles, Vetiver and gunpowder come through and give it real depth. That first spray gives a lovely Green Bell Pepper/Palm Tree impression that dries down smoothly. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

The drydown leans on Vetiver plus gunpowder and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

Give it a little time and Ivy with Coriander comes forward — smooth and well done. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
