   A couple of wears in, Pret a Porter has really grown on me. The opening is built around Pink Grapefruit and Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Pink Grapefruit alongside Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   Picked up a sample of Pret a Porter after reading the community buzz (1996). The very first sniff is crisp Pink Grapefruit with Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. Right away I get mostly Pink Grapefruit alongside Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   My first Coty experience was this one, Pret a Porter (1996). The base rests on Oakmoss and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Grapefruit with Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Coty knows how to compose, and Pret a Porter (1996) is proof. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Freesia with Black Pepper, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Freesia with Black Pepper comes forward — smooth and well done. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I keep reaching for Pret a Porter more than I expected to. The drydown leans on Oakmoss plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Pink Grapefruit and Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   A decant of Pret a Porter sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Give it a little time and Freesia with Black Pepper comes forward — smooth and well done. The opening is built around Pink Grapefruit and Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
