   A couple of wears in, Dior Addict Eau Delice has really grown on me. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Cranberry alongside Cherry, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   My first Dior experience was this one, Dior Addict Eau Delice (2013). The very first sniff is crisp Cranberry with Cherry peeking through, very much my kind of start. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A couple of wears in, Dior Addict Eau Delice has really grown on me. The base rests on White Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Cranberry and Cherry — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I have owned Dior Addict Eau Delice for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The first minutes are all about Cranberry with a hint of Cherry — it grabs attention without being pushy. Right away I get mostly Cranberry alongside Cherry, fresh and very easy to wear. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   Dior knows how to compose, and Dior Addict Eau Delice (2013) is proof. The base rests on White Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Cranberry alongside Cherry, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

The heart is the best part for me: Bitter Almond and Ylang-Ylang feel carefully balanced. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I picked up Dior Addict Eau Delice (2013) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Give it a little time and Bitter Almond with Ylang-Ylang comes forward — smooth and well done. The heart is the best part for me: Bitter Almond and Ylang-Ylang feel carefully balanced. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
