   I have owned Do Son Eau de Toilette for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: Tuberose and Pink Pepper feel carefully balanced. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tuberose with Pink Pepper, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I’ve been wearing Do Son Eau de Toilette on and off for a few weeks now (2005). The drydown leans on Musk plus Benzoin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around African Orange Flower and Iris — bright and immediately recognizable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up Do Son Eau de Toilette (2005) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. As it settles, Musk and Benzoin come through and give it real depth. The heart is the best part for me: Tuberose and Pink Pepper feel carefully balanced. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

Right away I get mostly African Orange Flower alongside Iris, fresh and very easy to wear. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. The composition is well made but not for me.
