   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about The Only One. The drydown leans on Caramel plus Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The first minutes are all about Violet with a hint of Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A couple of wears in, The Only One has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Violet with Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. The base rests on Caramel and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The heart is the best part for me: Coffee and Pear feel carefully balanced. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   I have owned The Only One for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. As it settles, Caramel and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Violet with a hint of Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

Right away I get mostly Violet alongside Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
