   I have owned Debaser for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Stems Greens/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. The heart is the best part for me: Fig and Coconut Milk feel carefully balanced. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I have owned Debaser for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The drydown leans on Precious Woods plus Tonka Bean and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Stems Greens and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   DS&Durga knows how to compose, and Debaser (2015) is proof. The base rests on Precious Woods and Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The first minutes are all about Stems Greens with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I picked up Debaser (2015) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Stems Greens alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. As it settles, Precious Woods and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I wanted to like it more than I did.

Give it a little time and Fig with Coconut Milk comes forward — smooth and well done. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
