   I keep reaching for Agua del Sol more than I expected to. That first spray gives a lovely Sorbet/Ice cream impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Tonka Bean and White Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   A friend passed me a decant of Agua del Sol (2016) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly Sorbet alongside Ice cream, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Sorbet/Ice cream impression that dries down smoothly. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I have owned Agua del Sol for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: Fruity Notes and Apricot feel carefully balanced. Right away I get mostly Sorbet alongside Ice cream, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

   Picked up a sample of Agua del Sol after reading the community buzz (2016). That first spray gives a lovely Sorbet/Ice cream impression that dries down smoothly. The very first sniff is crisp Sorbet with Ice cream peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   Picked up a sample of Agua del Sol after reading the community buzz (2016). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Fruity Notes with Apricot, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown leans on Tonka Bean plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   For a 2016 release, Agua del Sol deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Tonka Bean and White Musk come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Sorbet alongside Ice cream, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The first minutes are all about Sorbet with a hint of Ice cream — it grabs attention without being pushy. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day.
