   I have owned Turquoise Summer for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Fruits/Big Strawberry impression that dries down smoothly. The very first sniff is crisp Fruits with Big Strawberry peeking through, very much my kind of start. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Escada knows how to compose, and Turquoise Summer (2015) is proof. As it settles, Milk and Caramel come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Fruits with a hint of Big Strawberry — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   A decant of Turquoise Summer sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The heart is the best part for me: Melon and Peach feel carefully balanced. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Melon with Peach, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   Escada knows how to compose, and Turquoise Summer (2015) is proof. The drydown leans on Milk plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The base rests on Milk and Caramel — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A couple of wears in, Turquoise Summer has really grown on me. The drydown leans on Milk plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The first minutes are all about Fruits with a hint of Big Strawberry — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   A couple of wears in, Turquoise Summer has really grown on me. The opening is built around Fruits and Big Strawberry — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown leans on Milk plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
