    For a 2017 release, Atlas Fever deserves more attention than it gets. That first spray gives a lovely Incense/Red Berries impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Vanilla and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. The composition is well made but not for me.

    I have owned Atlas Fever for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The first minutes are all about Incense with a hint of Red Berries β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Narcissus feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

    My first Ex Nihilo experience was this one, Atlas Fever (2017). The opening is built around Incense and Red Berries β€” bright and immediately recognizable. As it settles, Vanilla and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

    Ex Nihilo knows how to compose, and Atlas Fever (2017) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Incense/Red Berries impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Incense alongside Red Berries, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. This one gets my highest praise β€” beautiful from start to finish.

    My first Ex Nihilo experience was this one, Atlas Fever (2017). The very first sniff is crisp Incense with Red Berries peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Narcissus, which is where the fragrance really shines. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
