   I keep reaching for Iris Porcelana more than I expected to. The base rests on Musk and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: Iris and Rose feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Ex Nihilo knows how to compose, and Iris Porcelana (2022) is proof. The heart is the best part for me: Iris and Rose feel carefully balanced. That first spray gives a lovely Violet Leaf impression that dries down smoothly. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I keep reaching for Iris Porcelana more than I expected to. The first minutes are all about Violet Leaf — it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Violet Leaf, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Iris Porcelana. The very first sniff is crisp Violet Leaf, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Musk and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   I picked up Iris Porcelana (2022) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Violet Leaf, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Violet Leaf impression that dries down smoothly. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
