   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Bright Neroli. The very first sniff is crisp Bitter Orange with Citron peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Neroli with Orange Blossom, which is where the fragrance really shines. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I picked up Bright Neroli (2015) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The base rests on Vetiver and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Vetiver and Amber come through and give it real depth. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   A friend passed me a decant of Bright Neroli (2015) and I wasn’t prepared for it. As it settles, Vetiver and Amber come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Vetiver and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

The first minutes are all about Bitter Orange with a hint of Citron — it grabs attention without being pushy. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

Give it a little time and Neroli with Orange Blossom comes forward — smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I would happily buy a full bottle.
