   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Ferrari Black. Right away I get mostly Red Apple alongside Plum, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Red Apple with a hint of Plum — it grabs attention without being pushy. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   My first Ferrari experience was this one, Ferrari Black (1999). Right away I get mostly Red Apple alongside Plum, fresh and very easy to wear. The heart is the best part for me: Cinnamon and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

The base rests on Vanilla and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The base rests on Vanilla and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Give it a little time and Cinnamon with Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
