   I’ve been wearing Armani Code Luna on and off for a few weeks now (2012). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Orange Blossom with Osmanthus, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Vanilla and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   Everyone keeps talking about Armani Code Luna, so I finally gave it a proper test. Right away I get mostly Bitter Orange alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. As it settles, Vanilla and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   A friend passed me a decant of Armani Code Luna (2012) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Tonka Bean and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Bitter Orange and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Picked up a sample of Armani Code Luna after reading the community buzz (2012). The very first sniff is crisp Bitter Orange with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. The first minutes are all about Bitter Orange with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

Right away I get mostly Bitter Orange alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I would happily buy a full bottle.
