   Everyone keeps talking about Imperial Valley, so I finally gave it a proper test. Give it a little time and Agarwood (Oud) with White Amber comes forward — smooth and well done. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Agarwood (Oud) with White Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   For a 2021 release, Imperial Valley deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Agarwood (Oud) with White Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. That first spray gives a lovely Sicilian Bergamot/Pink Pepper impression that dries down smoothly. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   A couple of wears in, Imperial Valley has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Agarwood (Oud) with White Amber comes forward — smooth and well done. The very first sniff is crisp Sicilian Bergamot with Pink Pepper peeking through, very much my kind of start. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
