Givenchy knows how to compose, and Ange ou Demon Tendre (2007) is proof. As it settles, Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Orange Blossom alongside Lily-of-the-Valley, fresh and very easy to wear. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

I have owned Ange ou Demon Tendre for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Lily with Heliotrope comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The base rests on Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Picked up a sample of Ange ou Demon Tendre after reading the community buzz (2007). The base rests on Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Orange Blossom with Lily-of-the-Valley peeking through, very much my kind of start. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This one gets my highest praise β€” beautiful from start to finish.

Everyone keeps talking about Ange ou Demon Tendre, so I finally gave it a proper test. The base rests on Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. The composition is well made but not for me.

A decant of Ange ou Demon Tendre sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. That first spray gives a lovely Orange Blossom/Lily-of-the-Valley impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I wanted to like it more than I did.

I picked up Ange ou Demon Tendre (2007) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Orange Blossom alongside Lily-of-the-Valley, fresh and very easy to wear. As it settles, Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

I picked up Ange ou Demon Tendre (2007) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Orange Blossom and Lily-of-the-Valley β€” bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown leans on Brazilian Rosewood plus Patchouli and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The base rests on Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

I’ve been wearing Ange ou Demon Tendre on and off for a few weeks now (2007). Give it a little time and Lily with Heliotrope comes forward β€” smooth and well done. As it settles, Brazilian Rosewood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
