I’ve been wearing Givenchy pour Homme on and off for a few weeks now (2002). That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin Orange/Grapefruit impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Vetiver with Lavender Extract comes forward β€” smooth and well done. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

My first Givenchy experience was this one, Givenchy pour Homme (2002). The first minutes are all about Mandarin Orange with a hint of Grapefruit β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. Give it a little time and Vetiver with Lavender Extract comes forward β€” smooth and well done. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

I have owned Givenchy pour Homme for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Right away I get mostly Mandarin Orange alongside Grapefruit, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin Orange/Grapefruit impression that dries down smoothly. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

For a 2002 release, Givenchy pour Homme deserves more attention than it gets. The heart is the best part for me: Vetiver and Lavender Extract feel carefully balanced. That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin Orange/Grapefruit impression that dries down smoothly. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

Everyone keeps talking about Givenchy pour Homme, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Mandarin Orange with Grapefruit peeking through, very much my kind of start. The heart is the best part for me: Vetiver and Lavender Extract feel carefully balanced. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

My first Givenchy experience was this one, Givenchy pour Homme (2002). The first minutes are all about Mandarin Orange with a hint of Grapefruit β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The opening is built around Mandarin Orange and Grapefruit β€” bright and immediately recognizable. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

A decant of Givenchy pour Homme sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The base rests on Cedar and Labdanum β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: Vetiver and Lavender Extract feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

A decant of Givenchy pour Homme sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The base rests on Cedar and Labdanum β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Cedar plus Labdanum and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

Givenchy knows how to compose, and Givenchy pour Homme (2002) is proof. As it settles, Cedar and Labdanum come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Vetiver with Lavender Extract comes forward β€” smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

A decant of Givenchy pour Homme sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Vetiver with Lavender Extract, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Mandarin Orange and Grapefruit β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
