   Picked up a sample of L’Interdit Le Parfum after reading the community buzz (2025). The base rests on Benzoin and Myrrh — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Pear and Bitter Almond — bright and immediately recognizable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about L’Interdit Le Parfum, so I finally gave it a proper test. That first spray gives a lovely Pear/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Tuberose with Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   A decant of L’Interdit Le Parfum sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. As it settles, Benzoin and Myrrh come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Tuberose with Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The drydown leans on Benzoin plus Myrrh and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about L’Interdit Le Parfum. The drydown leans on Benzoin plus Myrrh and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. That first spray gives a lovely Pear/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
