   For a 2024 release, You Doux deserves more attention than it gets. The opening is built around Violet — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Violet, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I keep reaching for You Doux more than I expected to. Give it a little time and Palo Santo with Frankincense comes forward — smooth and well done. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Palo Santo with Frankincense, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I picked up You Doux (2024) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Palo Santo and Frankincense feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Violet, very much my kind of start. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

The drydown leans on Ambroxan plus Ambrette and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
