   My first Gucci experience was this one, Flora by Gucci Eau de Parfum (2010). Give it a little time and Osmanthus with Rose comes forward — smooth and well done. The opening is built around Peony and Citruses — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Give it a little time and Osmanthus with Rose comes forward — smooth and well done. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

As it settles, Sandalwood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   A decant of Flora by Gucci Eau de Parfum sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. As it settles, Sandalwood and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. The very first sniff is crisp Peony with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
