   My first Gucci experience was this one, Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense (2025). The very first sniff is crisp Mandarin, very much my kind of start. Give it a little time and Gardenia with Hedione comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   Gucci knows how to compose, and Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense (2025) is proof. The first minutes are all about Mandarin — it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Mandarin, very much my kind of start. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I’ve been wearing Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense on and off for a few weeks now (2025). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Gardenia with Hedione, which is where the fragrance really shines. That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin impression that dries down smoothly. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   Everyone keeps talking about Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense, so I finally gave it a proper test. As it settles, Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Gardenia with Hedione, which is where the fragrance really shines. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I picked up Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense (2025) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The base rests on Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Mandarin, fresh and very easy to wear. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
