Picked up a sample of Gucci Guilty after reading the community buzz (2010). The base rests on Patchouli and Amber β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Amber and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

Gucci knows how to compose, and Gucci Guilty (2010) is proof. Right away I get mostly Pink Pepper alongside Mandarin Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Pepper/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

A friend passed me a decant of Gucci Guilty (2010) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Pepper/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper with a hint of Mandarin Orange β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Picked up a sample of Gucci Guilty after reading the community buzz (2010). That first spray gives a lovely Pink Pepper/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Lilac with Peach comes forward β€” smooth and well done. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. The composition is well made but not for me.

I keep reaching for Gucci Guilty more than I expected to. The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper with a hint of Mandarin Orange β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. Right away I get mostly Pink Pepper alongside Mandarin Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

Gucci knows how to compose, and Gucci Guilty (2010) is proof. The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper with a hint of Mandarin Orange β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Pepper with Mandarin Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

I picked up Gucci Guilty (2010) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Pink Pepper and Mandarin Orange β€” bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper with a hint of Mandarin Orange β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
