For a 2019 release, Mémoire d’une Odeur deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Sandalwood and Cedar come through and give it real depth. That first spray gives a lovely Chamomile/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

A friend passed me a decant of Mémoire d’une Odeur (2019) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The heart is the best part for me: Musk and Indian Jasmine feel carefully balanced. The base rests on Sandalwood and Cedar — warm, grounded and easy to live with. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

A couple of wears in, Mémoire d’une Odeur has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Musk with Indian Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Musk with Indian Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

Everyone keeps talking about Mémoire d’une Odeur, so I finally gave it a proper test. The drydown leans on Sandalwood plus Cedar and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Musk and Indian Jasmine feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

I picked up Mémoire d’une Odeur (2019) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Chamomile/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Chamomile and Bitter Almond — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

I have owned Mémoire d’une Odeur for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Chamomile/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Chamomile alongside Bitter Almond, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I would happily buy a full bottle.

Picked up a sample of Mémoire d’une Odeur after reading the community buzz (2019). That first spray gives a lovely Chamomile/Bitter Almond impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Chamomile alongside Bitter Almond, fresh and very easy to wear. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

I keep reaching for Mémoire d’une Odeur more than I expected to. The first minutes are all about Chamomile with a hint of Bitter Almond — it grabs attention without being pushy. The drydown leans on Sandalwood plus Cedar and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

I’ve been wearing Mémoire d’une Odeur on and off for a few weeks now (2019). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Musk with Indian Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Musk with Indian Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
