   Guerlain knows how to compose, and Meteorites (2000) is proof. As it settles, Heliotrope come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Violet comes forward — smooth and well done. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Meteorites. That first spray gives a lovely Iris/Green Notes impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Violet comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Picked up a sample of Meteorites after reading the community buzz (2000). As it settles, Heliotrope come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Violet, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.
