   For a 2012 release, Mon Precieux Nectar deserves more attention than it gets. Give it a little time and Orange Blossom with Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I’ve been wearing Mon Precieux Nectar on and off for a few weeks now (2012). The drydown leans on Vanilla plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Orange Blossom with Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up Mon Precieux Nectar (2012) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Bitter Almond/Petitgrain impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Vanilla and White Musk come through and give it real depth. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   My first Guerlain experience was this one, Mon Precieux Nectar (2012). Right away I get mostly Bitter Almond alongside Petitgrain, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Bitter Almond with a hint of Petitgrain — it grabs attention without being pushy. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

The heart is the best part for me: Orange Blossom and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   For a 2012 release, Mon Precieux Nectar deserves more attention than it gets. The very first sniff is crisp Bitter Almond with Petitgrain peeking through, very much my kind of start. Right away I get mostly Bitter Almond alongside Petitgrain, fresh and very easy to wear. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The base rests on Vanilla and White Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
