   Picked up a sample of Shalimar L’Essence after reading the community buzz (2025). The first minutes are all about Almond with a hint of Incense — it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Iris and Ethylvanillin feel carefully balanced. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   A couple of wears in, Shalimar L’Essence has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Almond with Incense peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Iris with Ethylvanillin, which is where the fragrance really shines. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The first minutes are all about Almond with a hint of Incense — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   Picked up a sample of Shalimar L’Essence after reading the community buzz (2025). The opening is built around Almond and Incense — bright and immediately recognizable. Give it a little time and Iris with Ethylvanillin comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about Shalimar L’Essence, so I finally gave it a proper test. As it settles, Madagascar Vanilla and Musk come through and give it real depth. The opening is built around Almond and Incense — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
